She is survived by: her husband Richard Joseph Potocnik; her daughters, Michele Wyrostek (Jan), Kelly Loughridge (Gary) and Cindy Dehler (Chuck); and her grandchildren, Ryan Wyrostek (Lauren), Nicole Noto (Scott), Tyler, Neil Loughridge, Kelsi Vreugdenhil (Travis) and Mitchell Dehler (Maria).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests that memorial donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
