We are sad to announce that, on December 5, 2023, at the age of 87, Barbara Joan Macneill (Naples, Florida), born in Flushing, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband William T. MacNeill; her children, David Haskins Jr., Tom Haskins (Tonya), Jacqueline Johnson (Greg) and Tim Haskins (Kris); and her brother Thomas Campagna. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
