He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett W. Chaffee and Bernice Chaffee See; and his grandmother Mimi. He is survived by: his children, Brad and Pam; his wife Dorothy Moody; his children, Bradford H. Chaffee (Aline) and Pamela; his son-in-law Jay Malamphy; his grandchildren, Jay M. Malamphy, Madeline Martinez (Matt), Leigh Hicks (Evan) and Kimberly Chaffee (Will); and his brother Mike Chaffee (Carol). He is also survived by one niece, several nephews and cousins, and many dear friends.
