He was predeceased by : his parents, Armand Garofalo and Carol Garofalo; and his brother Douglas Garofalo (Chris). He is survived by : his wife Lori Garofalo; his sisters, Karen Hassett (Kevin) and Janice Baldyga (Todd); his children, Ryan Garofalo (Stephanie) and Amelia Garofalo (Mark Rosenberg); his stepsons, Trevor Guzy and Connor Guzy; and his grandchildren, Carter Garofalo and Harper Garofalo. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
