She is survived by: her husband Peter Bertolini; her children, Kelly Bertolini (Malyssa Suarez) and Joseph Bertolini; her grandchildren, Holden, Sawyer and Lincoln; and her siblings, Kurt Adams, Kris Kosinski, Clark Adams, Jeff Adams (Marcie) and Todd Adams (Maureen). She is also survived by her extended family, friends.
