He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Hayden, Cathy (Brad) and Lisa (Mack); his brother Robert; his grandchildren, Melissa (CJ), Jonathan (Rebecca), Nicholas and Hayden; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Olivia, Abigail and Violet.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to "The American Kidney Fund.".
