He was predeceased by: his parents, Justo Garcia and Angelica Yili. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ceppaluni (Marinelli); his children, Valerie Ouillette (Tom) of Naples, FL and Dominick Ceppaluni of Naples, FL; his siblings, Paula Ceppaluni of Freehold, NJ, Tony Ceppaluni of Fort Myers, FL, Vincent Ceppaluni of Delaware, Robert Ceppaluni (Camille) of Stafford Township, NJ, Migdalia Garcia (Tony) of Jacksonville, FL and Eddie Garcia (Elizabeth) of Manhattan, NY; his grandsons, Dylan, Colin, Gabriel and Marcus; and his adoptive son Meliton Quinto (Efiginia). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Charles' name to Collier County Domestic Animal Services, 7610 Davis Blvd, Naples, FL 34104.
