He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Ryburn; and his son Charles Arthur "Chuck" Ryburn IV. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly R Huie (Tim); his granddaughter Krystal "Kat" Holmes (Brad); his great grandchildren, Allister and Lochlan Holmes; his grandson Anthony K "Tony" McCulloch (Dani); his great grandchildren, Henry, Malcolm, Linus and Sonny McCulloch; his stepchildren, Buddy Baker, Angie Baker and Jon Baker; and his brother Donald Mahoney (Paula).

In lieu of flowers he would like donations to the Cancer Research Foundation.
