He was predeceased by: his nephew Johnny (Mindy). He is survived by: his children, Tom (Ebony) and Dr. Susan (Richard Chaffoo); his grandsons, Michael (Laura) and Daniel; and his nieces and nephews, Judy Cosenza (late Armand), Linda Loeser (late Randy), Gregory (Erika), Debbie Chlopecki (Richard), Robert (Lynda) and Michael (Lora).
A celebration of Chuck's life will be at The Italian American Foundation, 7035 Airport Rd., Naples, Sunday, March 12, from 1:00 - 2:30.
