He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen "Jake" Allen and Carole Allen. He is survived by: his son Jacob Hazen; his wife Angelica; his siblings, Tim Allen (Kim) of Sumerduck, Lee Allen of Stafford and Evie Mills (Democrat) of Delaplane; his godson Caleb Sams; his nieces and nephews, Matt, Ashley (Jeremy), Brad (Kelsey), Amber, Alexis, Abbie, Brittany, Francisco (Abbey), Kelsey and Hailey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Landon, Taiden, Tabitha, Riley, Mason, Austin, Ryan and Brynnlee.
