She was predeceased by: her father Frand W. Novak; and her brother Rick Novak. She is survived by: her mother Norma J. Novak; her husband Steve Haiduc; her children, Mickey Smith (Tammie), Angela Smith (Deon Bell), Frank Smith (Brittney) and Torie Duke; her grandchildren, Chaz, Kyle, Justin, Kelsey, Johnathan, Julian, Evan, Blaiden, Dane, Braxtyn and Calvin; and her siblings, Wendy Lucas (Fred Keif), Tracy Hutton (Jamie) and Holly J. Hutton. She is also survived by her loving family and friends.
