Bollinger); his grandchild Lane; his daughter Beth Ann Pacchioli (Randal Pacchioli); his grandchildren, Christopher, Randall and Bronwyn; his stepchildren, Michael Patrick Duggan, James Scott Duggan and Kathleen Duggan Dellinger (Roger Dellinger); his stepgranddaughters, Autumn and Greta; his daughter Barbara Bollinger Kaufmann (Richard Kaufmann); his grandchildren, Madelynn, David Adler and Jerald Alden; his son Rob Bollinger; his grandchildren, Bridgette, Blake and Alexis; Joy Sharon.
