He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Eleanor (Griffin) and Everett Aretas Worthington. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Stutts Worthington; his daughters, Jennifer Edwards (Mark) and Page Arlt (Shane); his stepdaughters, Tanya Rich (Gary), Jeri Sonnier (David), Charlotte Jackson (Gary) and Julie Bourgoin (Thomas); his grandchildren, David, Kelly, Scott Edwards, Riley, Shane, Jr. and Connor Arlt; and his stepgrandchildren, Keith Rich, Jessica Burke, Katie Carroll, Mindy Bielss, Tom Jackson, Abigail Jackson, Thomas Frazier Bourgoin and Nathaniel Bourgoin. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
