He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Kurtz (Living Spouse Rhonda). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kurtz; his children, Brian Kurtz (Carla), Julie Kurtz (Hall) and Brandon Kurtz (Erin); his brother Johnny Kurtz (Rita); and his grandchildren, Chad, Drew, Meribeth, Tarin, Owen, Mikaela Kurtz and Cameron Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church, St. Matthews House or the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
