He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Dillard Fleming and Delores Young Fleming; and his brother Stephen Craig Fleming of Burlington, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Suggs Fleming; his children, Stephen Neil Fleming (Lisa) of Wayland, MA and Katherine Fleming Bordlemay (Brett Bordlemay); his grandchildren, Noah Fletcher Fleming, Avery Stephen Fleming, Annabella Maria Fleming, Gavin George Bordlemay and Brooks Neil Bordlemay; and his pet House.

In lieu of flowers, the Fleming Family request donations to Moffitt Cancer Center-Lymphoma Research, Tampa, Florida in honor of Dillard Neil Fleming.
