Koch (Alexandra); and his children, Katy Jane Bazzell (Brandon), Christy Scott Biela (Larry), Shannon Kay Potts (Robin Bell), Brooke Alison Koch (Steve Richardson) and Benjamin Douglas Koch (Leigh).
