He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanchard Horne and Eileen LaFleur Horne; his wife Marilyn Horne; his son John Horne; and his grandson Ryan Fields.
He is survived by: his son Robert E. Horne (Kathleen) of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Robert E. Horne, Jr. (Erin) of Pittsfield, Jeremy Fields of Pittsfield, Jason Fields, Alicia Cook of Pittsfield, Mark Horne (Betsy) of New Hampshire and Tyler Lott (Aubrie) of Arizona; and his great grandchildren, Jason Jr., Kaelyn, Eli, Peyton and Vivian.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Boys and Girls Club and mailed to the funeral home.
