He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Pereiro and Luisa Pereiro; and his siblings, Amelia and Manolo. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Miguel; his niece Tere (Carlos); his wife Luisa; his daughter Yadira Vega; his son-in-law John; his daughter Elizabeth Ross; his son-in-law Gary; his grandchildren, Olivia, Sofia, Philip and Jack; and his siblings, Aquelina, Olga, Cointa, Hortensia and Vicente.
