He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Kelley (Jones) and Edward Kelley; and his brothers, Dennis and Brian Kelley. He is survived by: his wife El Donna Marlene Kelley (Good); his sister Carolyn Burke; his grandchildren, James, Michael, Madeline, Emma and Duncan; Edward Kelley (Carolyn), Deborah Kelley (Bill), Craig Kelley (Sue) and Lisa Kelley-Moran (Greg).
