He is survived by: his wife Jan Phillips; his children, Michael Phillips, Richard Phillips and Carol Phillips Brouwer; his stepchildren, Andrew Diengott and Aimee Rubinstein (Jon Rubinstein); and his grandchildren, Cameron Brouwer, Corrina Rarick, Candice Huyser, Sydney Rubinstein, Tommy Rubinstein, Saraya Diengott and Alexandra Diengott.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hodges-Josberger Funeral Home (577 E Elkcam Cir, Marco Island, FL 34145). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
