She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carter and Florence Carter (Thompson); her siblings, Glenn Carter, Marion Peters and Eldon Carter; and her niece Quinderia Puckrin (Quindy Lee).
She is survived by: her sister Diane Puckrin (Keith); her children, Teresa Hemmer (Dan), Buck Knoch (Christie) and Cherilyn Spees; her grandchildren, Ashley, Kristen, Sydney, Aubrie, Jaxon, Trace and Laci; and her great grandchildren, Dante, Josiah, Novalie and Juni. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her dearest friends.
In lieu of flowers (she was allergic), donations can be made to the Deacon's Benevolence Fund at Covenant Church of Naples or AVOW Hospice in Naples, Florida.
