She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edgeworth and Joanne Edgeworth; her siblings-in-law, Samuel Michaels and Irene; her siblings, Janet Berry and Mark Edgeworth; and her stepson Timothy Michaels.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel T. Michaels III; her children, Richard Puckett (Suzanne), Jeffrey Puckett (Darlene), Angela Hockney and Christopher Michaels (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lindsay Trottier (Alex), Dylan Puckett, Shane Hockney, Timothy Michaels (Lisa), Steven Michaels (Megan) and James Michaels; her great grandchildren, James, Sophia, Jace and Taylor; and her sisters, Suzanne Haimbaugh (Bud) and Linda Slimmen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
