She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eleanor Regan and Francis C. Regan; her children, Kathy, Tom and Tim; her grandson Elijah S. Garlick; her brother Francis C. Regan, Jr.; and her cousins, Elizabeth Teall (Beth), Ginny Quinn and Peter Teall. She was also cherished by her husband and children.
