He is survived by: his wife Mercedes; his children, Juan Vazquez and Belkis Acosta; his children-in-law, Cindy Vazquez and Frank Acosta; his grandchildren, Tiffany Mazgaj, Melissa Pruis, Blaze Vazquez, Tristin Allen and Brandon Acosta; his great grandchild Finn Mazgaj; and his siblings, Ana Luisa Basto, Elsita Vazquez and Roberto Vazquez.
