She was predeceased by: her parents, William Winand and Mary Winand (Boyle); her husband Charles Purcell Van Gelder Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Long, Martha Wagner, Ann Decker, Catherine, Perrello, William Winand and Agnes Travis.

She is survived by: her children, Charles (Cheryl) of Marianna, FL, Raymond (Juanita) of Walden, NY, Lee (Debra) of Cape Coral, FL, Kevin (Diane) of Naples, FL, Karen (George) of Walden, NY and Florence (Bunny Daw). She is also survived by Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren, several Nieces and, Nephews.
