He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Benyak and Amelia Benyak (Kaminsky). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughters, Kelli Caldwell and Kimberly Tredici (Frank Tredici); his grandchildren, Madison Caldwell (Josh Swarter), Christina Tredici, Frankie Tredici and Ava Tredici; his siblings, Ron Benyak and Carol Benyak; and his nieces, Lauren Hankins and Tracey Benyak.
