He is survived by: his cousin Robert Vocisano; his wife Antonia Maria D'Agostino; his children, Frank D'Agostino (Sandy), Lou D'Agostino (Nina), Domenic D'Agostino (Heidi), Dr. Anthony D'Agostino (Michelle), John D'Agostino (Lisa), Mario D'Agostino (My Hien) and Anne DeRose (Matt); his grandchildren, Nicole (Matt), Domenic (Olivia), Chelsea, Demi, Sarah (Kris), Louie, Francesco, Anthony, Paul, Michael, Sofia, MyKaela, Johnny, Luca and Frankie; and his sister Mary Mandalfino.
