He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry R. Lazansky and Marie Lazansky (Blaha). He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Mroz; his children, Frank J. Lazansky Jr. (Stacey) of Rock Falls, IL and Lori Frino (Michael) of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Ryan, Landon, Logan, Gavin, Gabriella, Gianna and Giuliana; and his siblings, Mary O'Claire (Raymond) and James Lazansky (Janice). He is also survived by family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Home Run INN Pizza (7521 Lemont Rd, Darien, IL 60561).
