He was predeceased by: his parents, Roque Grajo and Clavelina Grajo; his former wife Lux Merida Grajo; and his siblings, Gregorio Grajo, Rafael Grajo and Maria Corazon Grajo.

He is survived by: his wife Marilou Grajo; his son Galterius Grajo Jr. of Naples, FL; his stepsons, Nico Encarnacion (Grace) of Greenwich, CT and Julian Encarnacion of Greenwich, CT; and his siblings, Antonio Grajo (Josefa), Baldomero Grajo (Mercia), Roque Grajo Jr. (Judy), Joseph Grajo (Ruth), Anne Grajo and Gabriel Grajo (Maria Rosario).
