He is survived by: his wife Jeanie McPhail; his stepchildren, Phillip Mark MacPhail, Laura Jean McPhail, Sarah Helen Childress and Morgan Michele Davis-Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Madeline Hayley McPhail, Abigail Jean McPhail Faessen, Nicholas James MacPhail, Blakely Grace Childress and Keagan Michele Childress; and his brother Philip Leon McPhail.
