He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew F. Van Istendal, Jr. and Georgianna Mclean Shute. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jenny, Liam, George Matthew III, Matt Charles, Aidan and Sydney; his children, Lisa Narozanick (Bill), George Jr. (Pamela) and Glen (Nancy); his close friend Mort Kerr; and his wife Marilyn Moir of Haddonfield, NJ. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and grandparents.
