He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Virginia Callahan and Perry Sanford; his former wife Barbara; his wife Maria; his son Glenn; and his sister Gail Griffo.
He is survived by: his son David; his stepchildren, Jean (Mike), Laura (Nick), Paul (Kelly) and Dianne (Steve); his siblings, Rita Barchitta and Ken; and his pet Dillon. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, extended family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Naples Memorial Gardens (525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church (625 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108). A wake will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at the He Established the Freedom Memorial.
