She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt D. Jones and Ann D. Jones; her husband James B. DeWitt; her son Richard J. DeWitt; and her siblings, Hoyt D. Jones and Ann J. Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Deschenes (Jon) of Scarborough and Nancy Bamford (Stephen) of Naples, Florida; her daughter-in-law Ann DeWitt of Chilmark, Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Daniel, Garrett Olson, Cari Turnbull, John, Charlie, Timothy DeWitt, Stephanie Dunn and Caroline McDermott; and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Blake, Tucker, Claire, Catherine, Emily and Ryan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
