He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bush and Gertrude Black Bush; and his siblings, R. Eloise Robinson (Jack), Roy D. Bush and Tommy J Hyer (Charlotte).
He is survived by: his wife Christine Hyer of Naples; his daughters, Linda Deaton of Jacksonville, NC and Rebecca Furbee (Rich) of Palm Coast, FL; his grandchildren, Alexa Furbee (Matt) of Conwy and David Maxwell "Max" Furbee of Las Vegas, NV; his sister Wyene M. Turner (Bob) of Glenville, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Judy S. Bush of Buckhannon, WV and Glynn Hyer of Manassas, VA. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
