Susan Anthony wrote a sympathy message

“Heather has been a wonderful friend to myself and my family. Her intelligence and sharp wit will be missed. She has always been a voice of reason and compassionate support that was always there for me when needed. I valued her advice but even more so her laughter and love she so freely shared. I will keep her memory with me always.”
