It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Hoffman (Naples, Florida), who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Henry Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his mother Katie Hoffman; his wife Michelle Hoffman; his stepchild Gianna; and his siblings, Yardley McNeill, Vivian, Mairen McNeill (Marce McNeill), Calley Fletcher and Ryder Hoffman. He is also survived by his family and friends.

At his family's request in lieu of flowers it is asked that donations be made in his name, to The Prostate Cancer Foundation.
