He was predeceased by: his brother Jere Paul of Portland, OR.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Elizabeth Paul (Tigner); his children, Teri Phillips (Jeff), Cheryl, David and Cindy Ortiz (John); his sisters-in-law, Kathaleen (IN), Doris, Geraldine (OH) and Carol (OR); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Stephanie, Ryan, Johnny and Jaclyn; and his nieces and nephews, Melody (IN), Julie (OR), David (OR) and Bill (OH).
