He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and Emi; his wife Christa; and his son Mitchell Kissel. He is survived by: his children, Juergen Kissel (Kimberly) and Caroline Kissel; his sister Renate Pohl (Kurt); his grandchildren, Ian (Natalie) and Drew Kissel; and his great grandchild Lincoln.
