He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Sutley and Gladys Sutley (Daugherty); his siblings, Gene, Jerry and JoAnn; and his wife Carolynn E. Clapp.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Lynn Hartmann (Anthony) of Naples, FL, Laura Webb (Steven) of Cypress, TX and Anne Blocher (Gregg) of Munster, IN.; and his stepsons, Christopher Clapp of Wilmington, OH, Michael Clapp of Allegany, NY, Patrick Clapp (Tracy) of Arlington, MA and Daniel Clapp of Missoula, MT.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or the Allegany Public Library, two places that meant so much to Jack during his life.
