We are sad to announce that, on January 4, 2023, at the age of 84, Jacqueline M. McCormick of Naples, Florida, born in Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Frost and Anne Frost (Musto); her husband Richard M. "Dick" McCormick; her son Richard "Rick" McCormick; and her daughters-in-law, Marilyn Blackburn (Gail) and Arlene Roser (Jim).
She is survived by: her son John McCormick (Nancy) of Naples; her grandchildren, Shana Stober (Josiah) of Lima and Austin McCormick (Morgan) of Cincinnati; her great grandchildren, Siena Stober and Maverick McCormick; her sisters, Camille Kramer (Ivo) of Celina, OH and Karen Smithey (Jim); and her sister-in-law Carmen Dardio (Larry). She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Wapakoneta Y.M.C.A., or the charity of the donor's choice.
