He is survived by: his wife Sara M. Robbins; his children, Drew and Allison Carpenter; his grandchildren, Bill Clarke (Anissa), Clarke Carpenter (Kara), Ross Carpenter and Brooke Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Violet Clarke and Elle Clarke.
