He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl Bennett, Jr. and Mary Catherine Scott; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Bennett (Fletter); his children, James Earl Bennett IV (Kerri) and Kimberly Ann Dennis (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Aiden, Brittany, Cory, Kasie, Kaitlyn and Kandace; and his brothers, Scott, William and Donald.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lewey Body Dementia Association (LBDA) and Avow Hospice.
