He is survived by: his children, Susan Blake of Naples and Douglas (Katie) of St. Augustine Beach; his grandchildren, Brian Blake, Meghan Arnold (Shane) and Mackenzie Keith; his great grandchildren, Remi and Kieran Arnold; and his close friend Harriet Israel.
