He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; his parents, Frank Casale and Carmelina Casale; and his brother Joseph (Doris Casale). He is survived by: his children, James Casale and Karen Casale-Masliah (David); his sisters, Stephanie Carnavalla (Jim) and Francesca DeAngelo (Gabriel); his grandchildren, Olivia, Christian, Luca, Caroline, Jack and Nicholas; and his former wife Catherine. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
