He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeCarlo and Caroline DeCarlo (DiSante); and his former wife Catherine DeCarlo. He is survived by: his wife Eileen DeCarlo (Graham); and his sons, James J. DeCarlo of Naples, FL, Peter A. DeCarlo of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Daniel J. DeCarlo.
