He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David, Francine Sheffield and Richard Spekczynski; and his cousin Michael Bobik. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Sheffield and Debra Sheffield (Klyczek); his children, Ashton, Grayson, Carter and Hazel; his wife Regina; his sister Katelyn Weiss (Evan); and his grandparents, Walter, Nancy Klyczek and Bonnie Spekczynski. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
