With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne Benefico of Naples, Florida, born in Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeanette Lopardi (Policastro) and Vincent Lopardi; her husband Leonard Benefico (Jeanne); and her sister Rose Marotta. She is survived by: her children, Anne Phillippo (Michael) of Pound Ridge, NY, Joseph (Gail) of Pelham, NY and Vincent (Margie) of Naples; and her sister Dolores (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Jeanne's memory to the Scholarship Fund of The Pelham Civic Association where a community service scholarship named for her father, Vincent Lopardi, is awarded annually to a high school senior at Jeanne's alma mater.
