He was predeceased by: his father Merrill "Snaz" Fowler; and his sister Amy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Fowler; his children, Catreena Fowler (Paul), Jared Garcia and Jeremy Garcia (Dianne); his mother Faye Fowler of Calvert County, Maryland.; and his sisters, Connie Schmier, Debbie Kelly (Joe) and Gail O'Dell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
