It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan C. Drechsler of Naples, Florida, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory and Andrew; her husband Rudy; her son Colonel Donald R. Drechsler; her grandchildren, Emily (Zack) and Annaliese; her son Greg (Jen); her grandsons, Charley, Max of Maplewood, NJ and Andy (Moira) of Avon; her great grandchildren, Avery, Thomas, Amelia and Will; her sister Barbara of North Babylon, NY; her sister-in-law Betty-Anne (Howard) of Palm Coast, FL; her nephew Howard; and her niece April. She is also survived by cousins and countless friends.
