He is survived by: his wife Ann Fletcher Burton of Marco Island, FL.; his daughter Whitney Ann Burton (Steven Smith) of Roanoke, VA.; and his siblings, Cathryn Lee Culpepper (Warren) of Big Canoe, GA, George Van Waters Burton (Charlotte) of Melbourne, FL and Sally Burton Stone (Nick) of Nakomis, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
